SERVICE TURN ON OR OFF AT OWNER’S REQUEST

Customers of Englewood Water District can request EWD turn water on or off at the meter to avoid loss of water during extended periods of absence or under emergency conditions. Customers can request 1 turn on and 1 turn off annually with no charge. A 48-hour notice is required. Please view the Customer Rules and Regulations for more information.

The E-Notification process allows you to receive an e-mail statement in place of, or in addition to the printed statement. E-Notification gives you monthly billing information, including the amount of the bill and the due date. There is also a link to the EWD website where you can log on to your account or make a payment.

If you wish to participate in the E-Notification Program, please select one of the following options. The E-Notification statement will be sent to the e-mail address listed above.

  • I am the Owner of the above listed property.
  • EWD recommends all customers have a working shut off valve at the property and that it should be in the off position before the request date above.
  • Englewood Water District will not be responsible for any onsite issues that may occur at the property.
  • On / Off requests will be done Tuesday – Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM
  • Requests without 48-hour notice, after working hours, or in excess of the annual 1 turn on & 1 turn off are subject to additional charges.
