Important Security Update for Englewood Water District Customers
Beginning April 30, 2026, Multifactor Authentication (MFA) will be required to access the Englewood Water District customer portal!
To avoid any interruptions when accessing your account, we encourage all customers to verify they can receive emails at their registered email address. Once MFA is active, a code will be emailed every time you log on to the portal.
Why this matters:
MFA adds an extra layer of protection to your account. According to CISA, users with MFA are 99% less likely to be hacked, helping protect your personal and billing information even if login credentials are ever compromised.
