kledford@englewoodwater.com – Keith R. Ledford, Jr., P.E. is the administrator of the District. This position is responsible to the Board of Supervisors for the proper administration of all affairs of the district, including supervision of all departments and divisions. He is tasked with the presentation of the annual budget and maintaining the expenditures within the limits of the budget approved by the Board.
lhawkins@englewoodwater.com – Lisa Hawkins is the Finance Director. The Financial Director in addition to overseeing the District’s finances, also oversees the Customer Service Department.
hbagshaw@englewoodwater.com – Heather Bagshaw is the Human Resources Director. She oversees employee benefits administration, payroll, and day to day employee affairs.
sblumenstein@englewoodwater.com – Sam Blumenstein is the District’s Laboratory Supervisor. The EWD laboratory performs more than 22,000 tests on raw and potable water, wastewater and reuse water every year.
dfutch@englewoodwater.com – Dewey Futch is the Operations Manager of the Water Plant. He oversees both the Lime Softening and Reverse Osmosis processes and is responsible for the maintenance and running of the District’s four (4) wellfields, as well as the Distribution Department.
dlarson@englewoodwater.com – Dave Larson is the Wastewater Operations Manager. He oversees the Water Reclamation Facility, the Collections Department, the #2 Deep Injection Well, the Aquafer Storage and Recovery Well, as well as the Reclaimed Water System.
aaguiar@englewoodwater.com – Ashley Aguiar is the Executive Assistant, responsible for providing administrative support and managing the coordination of board meetings, minutes, and associated documentation. For any inquiries related to the Board of Supervisors, meetings, or agendas, please reach out to Ms. Aguiar.
